Exchange Policy:
- Timeframe: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.
- Conditions: the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- Exchange costs: Customer responsible for exchange shipping costs.
- Exceptions: Personalized, intimate, or perishable items may be non-exchangeable.
Return/Refund Policy:
- Timeframe: Returns are only allowed while the courier is on door only.
- Conditions: the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- Return costs: Prepaid returns provided for our error or defective products. Customer responsible for return shipping costs otherwise.
- Refund options: refunds take place once the item is received at origin and inspected. Funds to be returned within 3 working days from inspection via InstaPay/wallet
- Exceptions: Personalized, intimate, or perishable items may be non-returnable.

Damages and issues
