4. Return costs: Prepaid returns provided for our error or defective products. Customer responsible for return shipping costs otherwise.
5. Refund options: refunds are only accepted only for defective products otherwise, refunds are allowed within 24 hours.
6. Exceptions: Personalized, intimate, or perishable items may be non-returnable.
